Colossians 3:17
Whatever you do or say, let it be as a representative of the Lord Jesus, all the while giving thanks through him to God the Father.

Thank you Father for keeping us safe! Thanks to all our sponsors! Thanks to my family and friends! Thanks to Jim Flesher, The Chapel and all the people that helped make this race possible!

Again a beautiful day! Dry pavement helped my situation. New bike thanks to our sponsors! This bike is Orange! The bike also handles very nice. I can't believe I can corner faster than my Trek! I may start to like Crit races after all. Yep I can't stand Crit's but with this bike I hope that will change. Why do I do crit's? Because I can't keep up with the Cat 3's in Road Races. I am also working on that as well. Changed my diet maybe forever. I can say since I have been eating all healthy foods I have felt better. I haven't been weak or dizzy either. I am still checking in on what happened this year. Results of my blood work should be in by my next race report. I have been praying more, as Flesher prayed for me, I need Guidance! I need to make sure this is what God wants me to do in my life right now. Using my God giving talents to share the news about Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior! I just want people to know where I am coming from:
Ephesians 2:8-9
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast."

For today I didn't want to over do it since I worked hard last night. Great to see some guys at the race, Gilmore good to see ya, also the amazing Lutzke and Lowry. Wish I had more time to talk before and after the race. My legs felt great after I warmed them up. So I tried to take off and 4 others joined. Gorman, Rudy, Adams and Lorson. After we lapped the field Lowry made the perfect move and easily jumped on. The new bike responded great at the end of the race. I still have no fear in tight situations, which is not good for a 30 year old with arthritis! Thank you Jesus especially for Caylin warming up to me after Daddy forgot to change her before the race! Hey, at least she kept me warm. Everything seems to work out on it's own:)!
